The recognition of your degree in Germany takes about a year. During this time, you will initially be employed as a nursing assistant. Upon completion of the recognition process, you will be recognized as an equivalent nurse, and your degree will be valid across the EU. Additionally, there are many opportunities for quick further training and career advancement. Germany offers numerous prospects after training in nursing professions.
Once your professional recognition in Germany is achieved, you are qualified for full-time work in hospitals or care facilities and have the same opportunities for further training. You will earn the same salary as your German colleagues.
No, our service is completely free for you. Your future employer covers all costs, including placement fees, language course costs, recognition fees, and travel expenses.
Bridge2Germany does not deduct any fees from your salary. Additionally, you do not need to sign any contractual obligations or repayment agreements.
You need a degree that is eligible for recognition in Germany, i.e., at least a 3-year training or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and the corresponding certificates, as well as initial work experience. You should also be willing to migrate to Germany long-term or permanently.
No prior knowledge of German is required – though knowing other foreign languages can be advantageous.
