STEP 1:
SELECTION PROCESS
Applicants submit their applications.
Selection interviews via Skype:
Applicants are invited to video interviews to assess their suitability.
Transmission of applicant profiles:
The profiles of the applicants are transmitted for further review.
Program enrollment:
The selected candidates enroll in the Bridge2Germany program.
STEP 2:
TRAINING IN THE HOME COUNTRY
Our courses take you from the basics (A1) to the advanced level (B2), with a strong emphasis on practical language skills and cultural understanding.
Job interviews:
Starting from language level A2, we prepare you for job interviews, connect you with potential employers, and assist you with resume and interview training. After successful placement, you receive the employment contract.
Submission of official applications:
We assist you with the recognition of your qualifications and other official formalities.
STEP 3:
ON THE WAY TO GERMANY
Receipt of the B2 certificate: The B2 exam follows the recognized standards of Telc, Goethe, or ÖSD. We thoroughly prepare you to successfully obtain the certificate.
Receipt of the deficiency notice: We support you in receiving and processing the deficiency notice to ensure that all necessary steps for the recognition of your qualifications are initiated.
Visa formalities: Implementation of all necessary steps for visa application.
Preparation for GermanyPlanning and booking the trip as well as preparation for life and work in Germany.
STEP 4:
IN GERMANY
Start of work: The employment contract begins upon arrival in Germany after completing preparation and language training in the home country.
Salary: Upon arrival, candidates initially receive a salary as nursing assistants.
Employment relationship Permanent employment, minimum 24 months with the employer.
Professional certificate Upon successful completion of the adaptation qualification and knowledge examination, the certificate as a skilled professional is awarded.
